Privacy Policy

Data we do not collect

• We do not upload your photos, thumbnails, or photo libraries to our servers.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or cross app tracking.
• We do not create user accounts and we do not require sign in.

Processed on your device only

To provide the app's features, Photo Triage may access and process the following on device:

• Photos you authorize through Apple's Photos framework, to find exact and similar groups, suggest a keep photo, and delete confirmed items.
• On device face rectangles and sharpness metrics derived from thumbnails, to suggest which photo to keep inside a group.
• App preferences, daily free quota counters, lifetime unlock state, and optional scan metadata containing asset identifiers only.

Optional iCloud downloads

The setting Allow iCloud photo downloads is off by default. If you turn it on, Apple's Photos framework may download originals from iCloud so they can be analyzed locally on your device.

Purchases

The Lifetime unlock is sold through Apple In App Purchase. Payment processing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not receive your payment card details.

Permissions

Photo Triage requests Photos access so it can scan the library you authorize and move confirmed deletions into Recently Deleted through Apple's system flow. You can change access in iOS Settings under Privacy and Security, then Photos.

Retention and deletion

• Scan cache and preferences live only on your device.
• Deleting the app removes its local data.
• Photos deleted through the app follow Apple Photos retention rules in Recently Deleted.

Children's privacy

Photo Triage is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above is revised when material changes ship.
